THE
DAIRIES OF VAN BAYOR
7 days in
Moor Plantation…
The weather is so cold, you can still hear the rain
drops from the sky. I got out of bed and look at the picture of Alicia keys on
my wall and then I realised those special moments with those special people.
It all started the very first day I stepped inside the
gate of Federal college of Animal health and production technology, Moor
plantation. Although, it’s my second year in moor plantation but it feels just like
seven days to me, like everything around me is moving in fast-forward.
I’ve met a lot of people, with different life style,
religion, and attitude. Some became friends, a friend will make you laugh till
you cry, makes silly jokes about you, and invites you to come over for lunch.
Some became a real pal, a real pal would do your
homework for you, he would find every possible way to write your name in the
attendant list when you are not in class, he would call you to tell you he
misses you, and also he makes you want to punch him in the face.
Some became haters, they would beef you no matter what
you do, they would say shit, and they would do anything to be like you.
While some became neutrals, a neutral person would
find his or her possible best to make you feel so happy yet he or she finds
your flaws and downfall, they are your antagonist so you run.
Some became a lover, a lover would text you every time,
and some would call you late in the night to say “I miss you”. Oh! I remember
Juliet, Juliet was a simple girl with good ambitions and she also holds tightly
on her religion. She had a very beautiful dark skin, lips so beautiful like
that of Angelina Jolie, a perfect hair that falls to the side of her neck and a
constant smile that makes her look so sweet..
Sitting at the corner of the world with my thoughts, I
realised how special I was to have stepped inside the gates of FCAH&PT. J
